Structuring
This service aims at bringing about
modifications in the key elements of the organisation structure to
facilitate & strengthen continuos improvement in various
organisational processes and enhance multi-skilling in the whole
organisation. Based on the Process Facilitation Model developed by us, strategic steps are formulated for modifying different
structural elements to arrive at the most appropriate Organization
Structure.
Manpower
Performance
The focus of the service is to
integratively address the headcount and performance indicators for an
organistaion. It entails carrying out a performance audit to assess the
manpower needs and benchmark against standards. The deliverable is a
five year action oriented Manpower Success Plan which takes into account
the corporate goals and targets.
HR
Systems
HR Systems are basically instituted in
order to elicit desired forms of employee behavior that is conducive to
the attainment of corporate goals and plans as well as satisfaction of
individual needs. Prioritisation of desirable organisational behaviour
is followed by an evaluation of existing HR Systems. Based on the
analysis, reorientation and introduction of new HR systems would be
formulated.
Training
Commencing with a needs assessment by
carrying out an AKS (Attitude-Knowledge-Skill) inventory, a Training
Master Plan is drawn up which is followed by assistance in actual
implementation. Encompasses components such as Induction Training,
Refresher Training and Re-Training. An Impact Assessment is carried out
to compare the actual benefits with those
sought.
Linkages - External and
Internal
The agencies play an essential role to
achieve a satisfactory performance in the Human Resource function. Based
on the type and extent of dependence that a company’s HR function has on
a specific agency, strategies would be worked out for in terms of the
agencies requiring specific focus, as also the type and strength of
linkage, required to be sought.
